Michelle: Whoa! There you are!

It is Saturday. I usually post on Thursday. I completely forgot about Getting Healthy until heading to midnight mass with my family on Thursday evening and I haven’t been on a computer since then, so I apologize for that. I haven’t actually been “home” much since I arrived back in Michigan on Monday, but I have been having an excellent time!
So some good news…I weighed myself on the same scale I weighed myself on back in June and was happy to see “180″. Last time I stepped on that thing is said, “207″. If that doesn’t put a smile on my face I don’t know what would. This week I’ve been enjoying cookies, ham, potatoes, chocolate, popcorn, mcdonalds, ice cream, squash, cinnamon rolls…buuuuut I also have been drinking lots of water before meals so I haven’t been eating much of those things. Oh, and my parents have turned my old bedroom into a workout room so between that and hitting the rec center with my sister I’ve been keeping up with the workout routine…and did I mention the miles and miles of walking we’ve done shopping, some cheerleading on the Wii as well as being my little cousins jungle gym?
This entry will be short and sweet…but I hope the holiday season is full of love and family and friends for all of you!
